Refund & Return Policy – Justasmark

At Justasmark, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we offer a refund and return policy to help you feel confident when shopping with us.

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included.

We recommend trying on shoes indoors on a clean surface to ensure they fit before wearing them outdoors. If shoes show signs of wear or damage, they may not be eligible for a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the items, along with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if applicable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired item. We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but we are happy to help guide you through the return process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Customized or personalized shoes
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking information.

8. International Returns

If you are returning items from outside the North American region, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Customs fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
